How We get Paid on Atlanta Real Estate

The most important thing in our buisness is the referrals we recieve from our present and past clients.  Everytime you send us a referral we will give you a $500 referral credit towards.  You can use it to reduce your future commissions or if you desire, you can give it the another person.  A referral is our biggist compliment that we can recieve.  Our company slogan is "Our Experience Does Not cost Extra".   If we do a great job for you, we know that it will be returned many times over with referrals.  There is a saying in our business - "You are only as good as your last referral".  We hope to stand up to that standard!

Altanta Buyers - We get paid by the Seller

When we represent Buyers coming to the Atlanta area, we get paided by the Seller but will be representing you in the transaction.  We will have a Buyer Brokage Agreement between you and us.  We represent you and only you and not the Seller.  If you use the Seller agent, you are not being represented.  This is ont going to be good for you.  You are making the biggest purchase of your life and have no representation.  Would you go to trail without your lawyer?  No!  Would you go into surgery without your surgeon? NO!  The why would you go and buy a house without your realtor?  Your not!  We get paid by the Seller and your are represented by us.  Don't buy a house without an agent.  We are ABR (Accredited Buyers Represnetitives) and CRS (Council of Residential Specialist).

Seller pays the Listing Agent 6 to 8 percent

We use our 3% to run our company, pay our bills and pay our afilliations (Atlanta Board of Realtors, Georgia Board of Realtors, National Board of Realtors, REMAX International, REMAX of Georgia, REMAX Greater Atlanta, ABR (Accredited Buyers Represnetitives) and CRS (Council of Residential Specialist).  We are like any other samll business in America.  We are small corporation in the State of Georgia selling Atlanta Residential Real Estate.  We use our income to make our business better than the next Atlanta Real Estate Agent.  We are not perfect, but we strive to be the best the Atlanta Real Estate field.
